Color New old stock Shiny Lines celluloid, sterling silver trim, uncommon celluloid section. Cap band has an engraving of a dove like the Dove of the Holy Spirit window in Saint Peter's Basilica in the Vatican.
Nib Medium 18k 750 #8 nib. Very smooth. The nib is also new old stock from a Vatican commission for the Jubilee celebration in 1998. Rare nib, believed to be non-existent until a small number were located under the main Montegrappa headquarters in Basano del Grappa Italy.
Condition Near mint condition, in original box. The celluloid barrel and cap are lovely, with very light signs of usage. The silver trim has light polishing marks, but no dents or dings. The imprints are otherwise clear.
