Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, dents, or dings.. This is a small lever filling fountain pen in black chased hard rubber with unique red end pieces. The color on the cap and barrel have mellowed to a dark chocolate brown as opposed to the dark black that can be seen on the section. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip and light surface wear. The red end piece is quite "crackled". The cap looks great. The red top piece has a few small chips along the top edge and has light scratching. The cap band has light to moderate microscratching. It is personalized, "A.D.". The clip has very light microscratching -- it looks great. The imprints are clear.
