Filling System This is a variation on the safety pen. To fill you unscrew the cap and fill the pen reservoir like an eyedropper, then slide the bottom part of the barrel towards the section to extend the nib. This "Non-Leakable" system includes a pin in the cap to push the nib down if the user forgets to retract the nib before attaching the cap, but that still risks nib damage so please do your best to remember to slide the nib back into the barrel before capping. The system has been disassembled, restored, and tested. It is working well.
Color Mottled red hard rubber
Nib FLEXIBLE FINE Moore nib. The nib has excellent smoothness and offers very nice line variation. Please see the writing sample below.
Condition Superior condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a slim, shiny, and beautifully colored pen with a unique design. There are marks caused by the cap lip and by the twisting mechanism. The imprints are clear.
