Color Marbled celluloid, though not the same cellulose as is commonly used in celluloid pens, in purple, blue, and black with gold trim. It's sparkly and more like a night sky than the Sapphire it's called. It has a matching blue feed.
Nib Broad Cursive Italic 14k nib, very smooth with a little spring. It started as a broad nib and was cut for italic writing. It's more on the stub side than the crisp italic side. See the writing sample below. You can probably push the nib for wetter strokes, but we played it safe in the sample.
Condition Excellent + condition. No chips, cracks, scratches, or plating wear. It does have handwear but it is not super noticeable because of the celluloid pattern. Ships in Namiki box.
