Manufacturer and Year Stipula Nettuno, later purchased by Aurora and no longer producing pens under the Nettuno name. The pen was probably made in the early 2000s. The cap lip has 4416, Italy etched on it.

Filling System Takes "short capless rollerball refills" aka Schmidt P8126, one of which is installed.
Color Gorgeous cracked ice coloring, with translucent light sandy brown, black, and white portions, some of which are pearly. Silver trim.
Condition Excellent + condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a beautifully colored, shiny pen that is impressive in size and appearance. The cap and barrel have some microscratching. The cone has microscratching. The clip has some small scratches, and a scuffed area on the high spot in the middle of the clip. The cap band looks great. All imprints are clear.
