Condition Excellent + condition. The clip has microscratching on the face. The cap bands have some microscratching. There are touches of tarnish on the edges of the narrower of the trim rings. The trim bands on the section also have microscratching. There are marks from capping on the section. There are nicks on the collar of the pen dead center in each of the three facets, visible in the nib photos, caused by tabs inside the pen's cap that grab onto the collar when you cap the pen. The barrel has light to moderate scratching, especially on the peaks. The trim band at the end of the barrel, near the piston knob, looks good. The imprints are clear, and the pen is working well.
There is a hairline crack in the cap lip in one of the corners, which is incredibly common in these pens. It doesn't extend beyond the cap band, and is very hard to see, but as with all Omas 360s, you'll want to be very careful to pull the cap straight off without ANY twisting motion. The rest of the cap looks good, with light microscratching and a few small scratches.
