Product Description
Type Cartridge/converter filling fountain pen, working well.
Product Name Parker 45. This is an unusual model we have not seen before -- the cap is metal with an application of matte black epoxy (?) and the plastic barrel has been textured with a lengthwise brushed stroke that looks like the Lamy 2000 pens.
Manufacturer and Year Parker, unknown where it was made as it does not have any imprint. The conical tassie suggests it's from the 1960s.
Length 5-3/8"
Filling System Fountain pen takes Parker cartridges, or converters. We will include one cartridge.
Color Black body and cap, chome trim, an arrow clip, and a conical cap tassie. The cap is metal with a matte black finish and the plastic barrel has been textured with a lengthwise brushed stroke.
Nib "D" steel nib. The nib collar is marked "D". These D nibs are like a stub, they have some line variation and rounded corners.
Condition Excellent condition. The section has the typical long thin scratch lines caused by capping. There is one area of horizontal scratching at about the midpoint of the barrel and a few marks. The cap is in excellent condition with no scratches. The clip and tassie are shiny and beautiful. There are no cracks, dents, or personalization. There are no chalk marks or imprints.
