Type Cartridge/converter filling fountain pen, working well.
Product Name Parker 45 Coronet (identified by the finish and unique Parker Halo marking).
Manufacturer and Year Parker, made in USA -- 1967-70, the green was introduced in 1967 and its tassie was changed in 1970.
Length 5-3/8", these are the same length as other Parker 45 pens but it's lighter than the flighters.
Filling System Fountain pen takes Parker cartridges, or you can fill it with bottled ink via the installed early-style Parker squeeze converter.
Color Matte metallic "satinized" finish in green on aluminum. It has gold plated trim and end piece with a black plastic section. It has concave designs at both ends of the pen. Though it is green, in the photographs it looks quite gray. It is clearly a green-gray in hand.
Nib MEDIUM steel nib is smooth and firm with nice tipping material. Marked "M" on the pen section.
Condition Excellent condition. The section has marks and some scratches. There is also a little plating wear on the trim, primarily on the end of the barrel and the top of the clip. The green aluminum has a few small marks, but no cracks, dents or bad scratches. It's working well with a good converter.
