Product Description
Type Fountain pen
Product Name Parker 45
Manufacturer and Year Parker, early 1960s
Length 5-1/2"
Filling System Fountain pen takes Parker cartridges or converters. We will include one cartridge (no converter).
Color Red with a brushed chrome cap and gold plated trim. Original chalk mark still shows on the barrel.
Nib We consider this to be a medium nib, based on visual inspection. Steel nib. Please note: the chalk mark on the barrel includes "F" for Fine, as does the imprint on the nib collar (there are a lot of scratches on the "F" mark on the collar, so we think the nib was replaced with a medium at some point).
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a shiny pen in a great color combination and in a classic design. The barrel includes the original "45 Conv F" chalk mark. It has mostly light scratching with a few small, deep scratch marks. The collar has some noticeably scratches. The cap has moderate scratching all over. The clip has moderate scratching and some tiny dots of plating wear. The edge of the top tassie has a bit of pitting. The imprints are clear.
