Manufacturer and Year Parker USA - 1948 (both pen and pencil are marked with an 8 date code, indicating manufacture in 1948).
Length Demi size. Pen is 5-1/16" pencil is 4-11/16".
Filling System The pen is an Aerometric squeeze filling system working well. The pencil takes 0.9mm leads, which it extends via the cap actuated system, which is gravity fed (you press the cap down like on modern mechanical pencils, only there is no real pushing mechanism, so the pencil has to be right-side-up for lead to extend). We'll include a small packet of leads.
Color Cocoa colored bodies with 1/10 12k gold filled caps in a pattern of converging lines with the arrow clip. Pearlescent cap jewels. The pencil has a chrome plated tip.
Nib FINE gold nib isin nice condition. It's smooth with good tipping visible.
Condition Excellent condition with some light wear. There are no dents or dings, but there are a few small spots of wear on the gold filled pen cap, and microscratching on the cap of both the pen and the pencil. There's a little plating wear on the tips of both clips and some small scratches on the cone of the pencil, but otherwise the trim looks nice. There is some very light scratching on the barrel of both pen and pencil. No cracks or chips and the imprints both look great. The color is very good. Both pen and pencil are working very well.
