Product Name Parker 51 Aerometric.
Manufacturer and Year Parker, made in USA -- Circa 1954 (No date code, but based off the cap information we can narrow it down to 1954-64 but it has the pre-1950 filling system).
Length 5-7/16".
Filling System Aerometric squeeze filling system.
Color Teal blue with a stainless steel "Lustraloy" cap and an arrow clip. Pearlescent cap jewel (reproduction).
Nib Medium gold nib is in excellent condition with good tipping. It's nice and rounded for smooth writing. Please note that the mediums from this era are closer to today's fine points.
Condition Excellent + condition, with some wear. The cap tassie has some plating wear but the cap jewel is really pristine with a single tone and no external or internal marks. The cap and barrel have some handwear and the cap has a few shiny spots. The brushed finish is still present but it's shinier than it started. No chips, cracks, or personalization. It's working very well, and we guarantee the filling system for one year from purchase.
