Manufacturer and Year Parker, USA and Argentina. We're guessing the double jewel cap/barrel was made by Ariel Kullock, Argentina. Otherwise it's composed of Parker new old stock parts and re-manufactured parts. The cap is from a Parker 61 MKIII and the filling system is marked Argentina.

Filling System Aerometric Squeeze Filling System. Tested and working well. Guaranteed for one year from date of purchase.
Color Purple barrel (with pearlescence) and section with a gold lined Parker 61 MKIII cap, double pearlescent cap jewels and an arrow clip.
Nib FINE slightly upturned gold nib.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. The barrel has light scratching. The section has marks from capping and the area surrounding the feed has surface wear. The gold band at the end of the barrel has brassing and some and light plating wear. The shiny lined gold cap has light wear only and looks great. The cap imprint is clear.
