Product Description
Type Fountain pen
Product Name Parker 51 Fantasy Vacumatic
Manufacturer and Year Parker and Ariel Kullock - the pen was assembled using a combination of Parker parts and re-manufactured parts made by Argentina's Ariel Kullock. We're guessing the following components are original Parker : nib and feed/collector, filling system, cap clutch. The clip doesn't look like Parker to us, though it might be from a Parker 61.
Length 5-5/8"
Filling System Vacumatic filling system. Unscrew the blind cap, dip pen into ink, then depress and release the plunger. We have restored the filling system and it's working perfectly.
Color Brown/taupe marble with a gold arrow clip and a pearlescent cap jewel.
Nib Extra Fine gold nib.
Condition Excellent condition with no chips. This is a shiny, pearlescent brown marble pen that is very lovely. The section and barrel have light scratching, including some long, thin scratches coming up from the blind cap. The cap has a short hairline crack on the cap lip, but it's reinforced by the inner clutch cage. The clip ring has some plating wear. The pearlescent jewel is excellent. No imprints.
