Manufacturer and Year Parker and Ariel Kullock - the pen was assembled using a combination of Parker parts and re-manufactured parts. The nib, filling system, inner clutch (cap) and clip are from a Parker 51.

Filling System Aerometric squeeze filling system, tested and working well. The instructions are in Spanish (Industria Argentina). Guaranteed for one year from date of purchase.
Color Semi-transparent marbled yellow with rings that have indents between them, like bamboo. Gold arrow clip. Yellow (same material) cap jewel.
Nib FiNE gold hooded nib.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, dents, or dings. This is a uniquely designed, prettily colored pen that looks excellent. The cap and barrel look great, shiny and unscratched. The top yellow jewel that is made of the same material as the body has some darkening around the edges. The feed on the section has a bit of chipping. The clip and clip ring have plating wear along various edges, including the end of the clip. There Parker imprint on the clip is clear. There are no other imprints.
