Manufacturer and Year Parker and Ariel Kullock - the pen was assembled using a combination of Parker new old stock parts and re-manufactured parts. New barrel/hood and Lustraloy cap by Kullock. Filling system, clip and nib unit are original P51 parts.
Length 5-5/16" long.
Filling System Aerometric squeeze filling system. Tested and working well.
Color Brown marbled barrel and hood, probably acrylic. The cap is a Lustraloy cap with a gold plated clip and pearlescent jewels at both ends.
Nib Medium-Fine gold nib.
Condition Excellent + condition for this unique pen in a beautiful, luscious silvery-brown marble with lots of shine and pearlescence. The barrel and section have light to moderate scratching. The cap has light scratching and some small scuffs near the lip. The clip has spots of plating wear on the open end and along the edges. The clip ring has scratching, some brassing, and plating wear. The pearlized cap jewel has some tiny scratches, but is otherwise lovely. The tassie at the end of the barrel is brassed. The barrel end jewel looks fantastic. There are no imprints.
Note that the barrel doesn't screw onto the section completely flush, there's a small 1mm gap. We urge you to NOT try to close this small gap, or you will crack the barrel edge. We've inspected the pen very closely and there are no cracks in this area. We cannot accept a return of this pen for cracks in this area.
