Manufacturer and Year Parker made the clip and filling system, and Ariel Kullock made the other parts. The nib was originally a Parker nib, retipped with a massive stub.

Filling System Aerometric squeeze filling system. Tested and working well.
Color Forest green section and barrel. Ornate Sterling Silver flower pattern cap. Gold-filled arrow clip. Sapphire colored top cap jewel.
Nib STUB 1.4mm Gold Nib by Greg Minuskin. Very wet, and it's rather particular about the writing angle and does best when square to the line of the page, i.e. not rotated. Please see writing sample below.
Condition Excellent + condition with no dents or dings. This is a dark forest green pen with a delightful floral design sterling silver cap and a perfect sapphire colored cap jewel. The section has a small crack at the edge of the feed and some long, thin scratches from capping. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip and otherwise only light microscratching. The cap is a beautiful hammered floral pattern in a heavy sterling silver. The clip has plating wear along the arrow edge and the clip ring has some light microscratching. The imprints on the cap are clear.
