Product Name Parker 51 Liquid Lead Pencil. The black jewel may indicate the pen was part of a Parker 51 Special set.
Manufacturer and Year Parker, made in USA -- circa later 1950s (they started producing these liquid lead pencils to match their pen models in 1955).
Length Standard size, 5 inches (not counting the liquid lead cartridge protruding from the barrel which adds close to 1/4 inch).
Filling System Takes Parker Liquid Lead cartridges. These are no longer made. One is installed, but it is dried out. These refills are no longer available, no matter how hard you look.
Color Forest Green with a Lustraloy cap, chrome plated trim, and black cap jewel. Marked LL for Liquid Lead on the barrel.
Condition Excellent + condition. No cracks or chips, dings or dents, personalization, or plating wear. There's some light scratching on the cap and barrel, and a few tiny marks.
