Manufacturer and Year Parker, Made in USA circa 1948. It has the version of the clip seen on aerometrics and vacumatics circa 1948, the clip with the longer section of feathers.

Filling System It takes 0.9mm (or "thin") leads, which it extends via the traditional twist mechanism. We'll include a small pack of leads with the pencil.
Color Black barrel with a 1/10 14k gold filled parallel lines cap, with gold plated trim, a pearlescent cap jewel and an arrow clip.
Condition Excellent condition. There is light to moderate scratching on the barrel. There's some plating wear on the edges of the clip, as well as around the tip. There's scratching on the cone, and brassing around the opening. It's working well, with no cracks or dents.
