Product Name Parker 51 Special. Note that the filling system doesn't say "Special," but we have seen that in the past on these demi sized pens.
Manufacturer and Year Parker, made in U.S.A. -- 1954-64 (No date code, but based off the cap information we can narrow it down).
Length 5-3/16 inches, demi size.
Filling System Aerometric squeeze filling system. We've cleaned and tested it, it's working well.
Color The color is black. Shiny stainless steel cap with an arrow clip, chrome plated trim, and black cap jewel as is common on Specials.
Nib FINE octanium nib is smooth and firm with tons of tipping material. It's a smooth and nice looking nib.
Condition Excellent condition. Handwear and a few marks on the cap, but no dents or dings. There are some marks of plating wear on the clip tassies. The aerometric sac looks fantastic with absolutely no ink residue. It could potentially have never been filled with ink. The barrel also looks really good. No personalization. It's working very well.
