Condition Very nice condition with no cracks or chips. The section and barrel have moderate scratching. The cap has moderate to heavy scratching and scuffs, and there are several dents. Some of the original anti-tarnish coating worn off, giving it a blotchy appearance. The cap band is marked "Sterling Silver Made in USA". It has a lovely, clear arrow pattern near the cap lip. The arrow clip has plating wear on the edges and around the open end, and most of the blue paint is missing. The clip ring has brassing and some tiny dents. The pearlized cap jewel has crazing and scratching. The clutch ring is largely missing the gold plating in the center. The imprints are clear.
There is a partial "double" imprint - the "Made in USA" line appears a second time to the left of the main imprint.
