Filling System It takes standard Parker ballpoint refills. A working Parker refill is installed. The top half of the pen clicks to extend and retract the tip.
Color "Insignia" cap and barrel, a gold plated cap with a parallel lines pattern. The lines taper all the way to the end tip of the barrel.
Condition Excellent + condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. The cap, barrel, clip, and clip ring have consistent some light microscratching that is visible on the surface. A few specks of tarnish here and there. The imprints are clear.
