Color Burgundy barrel with "Insignia" cap, a 1/10 12k gold filled cap with a parallel lines pattern. It was later on renamed to Signet and was sometimes called "Jet Flighter." Pearlescent cap jewel.
Condition Excellent + condition. The pearlescent cap jewel looks great and there is little handwear. The cap lip has some brassing, as can be seen in the photograph below. There are a few light scratches on the cone. No cracks or chips or personalization. There are a few marks on the cap. The pencil's mechanism is working very well. Most of the imprints are quite clear, though the 1/10 12k GF imprint in the shield is a bit worn.
