Type Fountain Pen
Product Name Parker 61, Mark II (marked on the cap)
Manufacturer and Year Parker, Argentina -- 1959-62

Color Black barrel and section. The cap is shiny steel or chrome-plated, with a pattern of grouped lines. Gold clip. Double pearlized jewels on either end of the fountain pen.
Nib Medium hooded steel (or octanium) nib. (These Argentinian P61s have two metal dots instead of the inset arrow on the hood.)
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a shiny pen in a classic color. The barrel and section have light scratching. The cap has microscratching, and a few dots of pitting scattered throughout. The clip has brassing on the high spots, and some plating wear around the tip. The clip ring has brassing and some plating wear. The pearlized jewels are darkened, but look good. The imprints, including "Industria Argentina", are clear.
