Product Name Parker 75 Classic..... this is the last iteration of the 75
Manufacturer and Year Parker, made in USA -- 1970s (there are no date codes on either piece, so these are likely from the 1970s, before date codes were reintroduced).
Length The ballpoint is 5-1/4" long, and the mechanical pencil is just a hair shorter, at 5-3/16".
Filling System The ballpoint takes Parker-style ballpoint refills. A working refill is installed. It uses the clicker actuated method of extending and retracting the tip. The pencil takes 0.9mm leads and the leads extend via the twist method. Twisting the pencil barrel extends and retracts the lead.
Color Sterling silver cross hatch pattern with gold plated trim, aka Cisele. The pencil has a gold plated cone while the pen has the cone in sterling.
Condition Superior condition, in box with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a classic set that looks excellent. The ballpoint pen cap and barrel are in wonderful condition with all the little squares intact, nice dark outlining around them, and with no major scratches or blemishes. The clip has some microscratching, but no serious scratches or even tarnishing. The mechanical pencil cap and barrel have nice, distinct squares and outlining. The clip looks great with just some micro-scratching. The cone has microscratching. The imprints on both pieces are clear. The box has a bit of shop wear.
