Product Description
Type Ballpoint pen
Product Name Parker Classic, the Parker Classic is a separate model from the Parker 75 though they are very similar to each other.
Manufacturer and Year Parker, made in France -- 1980s, there is no date code but the Parker Classic was introduced in 1986. The gold milleraies pattern was a launch design and we presume that the silver plated variant was produced concurrently.
Length 5-1/4"
Filling System It takes Parker-style ballpoint refills. A working black Parker refill is installed. It uses a button aka clicker activated system to extend and retract the tip.
Color Silver Plated Milleraies pattern. It is a fine parallel lines pattern. It has chrome trim which is probably a nickel palladium alloy based on the era.
Condition Superior condition. The pen looks near mint in hand but with magnification there are some microscratches throughout. No cracks, chips, dents, personalization or major scratches. The pen is working well.
