Product Description
Type Modern rollerball pen.
Product Name Parker 75 Imperial. This model is nominally associated with the Parker 75, but it is slimmer and closer in size to the Parker 75 Classic or Parker 180.
Manufacturer and Year Parker, USA - 1977-78 (there's no date code, and Parker started using date codes in the US again in 1979. Also, this pattern appears in '77-78 catalogs)
Length 5-1/16".
Filling System Takes Parker style roller ball refills. A working refill is installed. It was originally intended for Parker fiber tip refills, but modern Parker rollerball refills will fit if you remove the plastic piece at the end of the refill.
Color Electroplated gold over brass. The pattern is called "Imperial" and consists of groups of 5 lines separated by wide blank spaces. All gold plating is 22k.
Condition Excellent condition. The section has scratching from capping. There is moderate scratching on the barrel and cap, slightly dulling the appearance. The cap tassie has some scratching and tiny dents. The plating doesn't have any brassing or scratches, but there is enough wear that it looks a bit dull. A classic for those times when you just can't use a fountain pen.
