Manufacturer and Year Parker, the fountain pen was made in the UK. They began making this model in 1983 and made it for about a decade.

Filling System The fountain pen takes Parker-style cartridges and converters. A Parker piston converter is installed. Modern Parker piston converters do not fit.
Color Black cast acrylic. This design is called, "Noir." It has the faceted Gold plated trim with multi-faceted bands which catch the light and flat black onyx end jewels.
Nib EXTRA FINE 14k Nib. It has a France imprint on it despite being 14k which means it is a nib for outside France. The feed has an EF on it to identify the nib size.
Condition Excellent + condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a beautiful, elegant pen in a very lovely color scheme with great trim faceting. The original color tag hangs from the clip. The cap and barrel look fantastic. The cap band is excellent. The clip has some microscratching and the band that holds the clip has plating wear. The imprints are clear.
