Product Description
Type Cartridge/Converter Fountain Pen
Product Name Parker 75, later renamed the Cisele
Manufacturer and Year Parker, made in U.S.A. -- 1964-70 (sometime in 1970 they changed to the dish tassies, so this pen is from before that date).
Length 5-1/16"
Filling System This takes cartridges or a converter. A working Parker squeeze converter is installed.
Color Sterling silver grid pattern called Cisele, with gold plated trim. Has the reference ring below the nib.
Nib #97 factory italic 14k gold nib is smooth and somewhat firm with nice tipping material. It's a fine italic with great line variation. As a crisp italic, so the nib needs to be oriented properly or the edges of the nib will catch. The feed is marked 97 for Fine Italic. Please see the writing sample below.
Condition Excellent condition. A little bit of plating wear on the tassies and good definition of the grid patterning on the sterling. The clip has a few small dots of pitting at the top and at the tip. The nib reference ring has the usual wear. The pen is working very well with a good converter. In original box.
