Manufacturer and Year Parker -- they made this model in the US, UK and in France. This one is marked France. The whole Parker 95 line was phased out in 1994, and the PL date code indicates this was made in 1987.

Color Brushed stainless steel with gold plated trim. Black top/end inserts.
Nib FINE Parker Nib. Semi-hooded, gold plated.
Condition Excellent + condition, in box, with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a classic Parker Flighter pen with gold trim and a brushed chrome body. The cap and barrel look great. The clip has light microscratching mainly along the feathers. The top of the cap has light plating wear along the top gold edge and light microscratching in the ridged area. The bottom gold edge also has plating wear. The imprint is clear.
