Product Name Parker "Fantasy" Vacumatic fountain pen, made by Ariel Kullock. This is not a Fantasy 51, as it doesn't have the hooded nib of a Parker '51, so we consider it a Fantasy Vacumatic.
Manufacturer and Year Parker, USA and Ariel Kullock, Argentina. The pen includes the Parker Vacumatic filling system, with cap, barrel, and section made by the Kullock team. The clip, jewel, and nib look like original Parker parts. The nib has a date code of 9 with three dots, meaning it was made in 1939.

Filling System Vacumatic filling system with plastic plunger. Cleaned, restored, tested, and working perfectly. (We will send instructions on how to use it.)
Color Bright blue-green.
Nib Extra Fine 14k nib, very smooth and with great tipping material.
Condition Excellent condition. There is light wear on the cap and barrel. The section and barrel have light to moderate scratches from the cap. The clip and clip ring are brassed, they probably polished off the gold plating. The cap jewel looks good. The pen is working very well.
