Nib Fine 14k nib is smooth. It is marked 31 on the feed, which was a numbering scheme that Parker used for a short time (3 in the tens place meant fine, and 1 indicated standard, i.e. not oblique or italic).
Condition Excellent + condition. Slight microscratching and handwear. The date code on the imprint is a little hard to read. No cracks, chips, scratches, dents, or dings. No plating wear or brassing. Overall the pen looks great.
Parker officially introduced the Duofold Centennial in 1988 to commemorate the company's 100-year jubilee, but production started in 1987.
