Color Solid orange with black end pieces and gold plated trim. The orange is very similar to the older red hard rubber or the permanite that Parker used decades earlier.
Nib Medium Italic 18k nib is smooth. It is marked 98 on the feed. This was a factory italic that got tuned for crisper writing. See the writing sample below.
Condition Excellent + condition. Light scratches on the trim but no plating wear including the collar beneath the nib. The pen has light handwear and the date code is a bit hard to read. There are some marks around the trim bands on the orange. Overall the pen looks great. In Parker Duofold box.
