Manufacturer and Year Parker UK -- the date code says "IIY" which indicates 1996.

Filling System The pen comes fitted with a Parker piston converter, which can be removed to use Parker style cartridges.
Color Jasper Red (aka Black and Red) with gold trim. The red is patterned to make the pen look like the semi-precious stone jasper.
Nib FINE two tone 18k 750 nib is marked F on the feed. This is the second "Banner" style nib, correct for this year of Duofold.
Condition Excellent condition. Light signs of usage on the barrel and cap. The trim looks great, with no signs of brassing or plating wear. There is light to moderate scratching toward the end of the barrel, and especially on the barrel finial, probably caused by posting. The imprints are all clear.
