Filling System Takes Parker-style cartridges and converters. A Parker piston converter is installed.
Color Black with gold plated trim. It has pairs of bands around the nib collar, the end of the barrel, and near the cap lip. The cap lip pair has one narrow band and one 1/8" band. The cap has no emblem in it and a simple etched arrow design in the clip. This is the Mark 1 Black version.
Nib Extra-Fine 18k nib is marked 18K and 750 on the sides of the arrow. The feed has an X on it to verify that it is an extra-fine nib.
Condition Excellent + condition. There is light scratching on the cap and barrel. The trim has polishing marks and microscratching. The cap bands have touches of wear along the edges. One of the trim bands nearest the nib has a tiny spot of plating wear. The cap imprint is faint, but clear. Ships in original Parker Duofold box with outer cardboard box.
