Type Vintage fountain pen in excellent working condition
Product Name Parker Duofold Junior Streamline.
Manufacturer and Year Parker, USA -- early 1930s. It's not dated, but the imprint has "GEO.S.PARKER DUOFOLD MADE IN U.S.A." on the first line, and then "PATENTED" below it, which seems to date it to 1929-30.
Length 4-1/2" long.
Filling System Button filler. It has been restored with a new sac. We guarantee the filling system for one year from the date of purchase.
Color Jade with black finials and section. The cap has two narrow cap bands.
Nib FINE Parker Pen nib, firm and smooth.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a small, shiny pen in a lovely color pattern and in a classic design. The coloration on the barrel has darkened to a medium olive green color. The cap is closer to the original brighter "jade" green. The cap finial has faded a bit from black to a chocolate brown. The section and blind cap are still a nice dark black. The cap and barrel have light to moderate scratching. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip. The cap bands have microscratching, and some spots of brassing. The ball of the clip and the edges have plating wear. The imprints are faded, but readable.
