Color Burgundy Pearl and Black. It is a lot more pearlescent than the burgundy and black we usually see. The Parker Duofold book states that the British versions of these pens often had more pearlescence. The pen has a black cap jewel and a black blind cap jewel. The trim is like that of a Vacumatic with a a chevron cap band and feathered clip.
Nib Medium Flexible 14k Parker Duofold nib. It has an N on it denoting that it was made in Newhaven. It has notable line variation. See the writing sample below.
Condition Excellent + condition. No cracks or chips. The barrel imprint is very clear and the chevron pattern on the cap band is strongly delineated. There is some plating wear at the top and bottom of the clip and some posting and capping marks on the barrel. The blind cap tassie has a bit of wear. The cap is nicely translucent. The pen is working well.
