Manufacturer and Year Parker USA - 1928-9 was when they switched to the thin double cap band, and the imprint is from 1931. The Lucky Curve nib is from 1926, making it earlier than the other components.

Nib FINE. 14k Lucky Curve nib. Excellent condition.
Condition Excellent Condition. There is a large amount of brassing on the clip and small amount of brassing on one of the cap rings and the tassie ring. There are a few small dents in the barrel in addition to one or two faint scratches and spots of discoloration. The two black end pieces look awesome with very clear ridges and no dents. The imprint is worn but still legible. No cracks or chips.
