Length Fountain Pen: 5-1/8" inches .... please note that the Streamline version of the Senior is about a half inch shorter than the earlier cylindrical Duofold. A disappointed customer returned one of these the other day because they were expecting a bigger pen! Mechanical Pencil: 4-13/16"
Filling System Button filler. Excellent restored filling system (we did the work, and we'll guarantee the filling system for a year). The mechanical pencil takes 1.1mm leads.
Color Burgundy and black marbled permanite (celluloid) bodies and caps with gold filled trim. The fountain pen has two gold cap bands. Black blind cap and top of cap. The mechanical pencil has three gold mid-body bands.
Nib FINE Parker Duofold nib with serial code 0022666.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a beautifully colored, elegant, and shiny pen and pencil set in a classic design pattern. The fountain pen barrel has marks caused by the cap lip and light to moderate scratching. The cap has moderate wear with a few small scratches scattered about. The double cap band has brassing and plating wear. The clip has brassing on the edges with plating wear on the ball end. The clip ring has considerable plating wear. The mechanical pencil body has moderate scratching. The cone has very light microscratching. The triple mid-body bands and the clip have light to moderate microscratching. The clip ring has brassing and light pitting along the edges. The imprints on both pieces are clear.
