Color Black chased hard rubber, with slight fading. 1/2" wide gold-colored cap band.
Nib FINE 14k nib marked "Parker Duofold Pen" with good tipping material. Firm, no flex.
Condition Excellent condition for this short ringtop pen. The color is a bit faded to a deep chocolate brown, and is very obvious when the cap is removed. There is light scratching and handwear on the cap and barrel. The cap band has some shallow denting and light scratches. The imprints are smoothed down, but still easily readable.
