Color Black hard rubber with gold overlay in a swirly ribbon pattern. The name plate on the barrel is personalized with "Leo. F. Schmidt".
Nib FLEXIBLE FINE Lucky Curve Pen #3 nib. Complete with "Christmas Tree" feed and "Lucky Curve" feed that extends into the barrel. Line variation from fine to broad. See writing sample below.
Condition Excellent condition, with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a lovely, elegant, pen with classic styling. The black hard rubber has areas of moderate fading. The gold overlay is in good condition, and all of the edges are nicely in place and not lifted or damaged. There is brassing around the upper and lower edges of both cap and barrel overlay, as well as along the edges of the filigree. There is scratching on the section from the edge of the cap lip. The imprints are clear.
