Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a beautiful dainty, sweet pen with classic styling. The black hard rubber is still dark. There are some shallow bite marks around the end of the barrel. The gold filigree has a beautiful cast to it, but there is some plating wear, most visibly around the edges of the filigree, around the top edge of the band at the top of the cap just below the ringtop hardware, and on the band at the end of the barrel. The band at the top of the cap has two areas of tool marks or bite marks. The ringtop hardware has some plating wear on the top. The #16 at the end of the barrel is faded, but readable. The imprints are nice and clear.
The pen is personalized with the name "Mrs. S. S. Brombangh".
