Product Name Parker Lucky Curve No. 14 (not marked, but we've had other pens just like this one that were marked 14 on the blind cap). Marked Parker on the overlay.
Manufacturer and Year Parker, made in U.S.A. -- circa 1910s.
Length Just under 4-7/16 inches, not counting ring hardware.
Filling System Button filler. We've replaced it with a new sac and it's working very well.
Color Black hard rubber barrel and cap with a sterling filigree floral overlay.
Nib MEDIUM SEMI-FLEXIBLE gold Parker Made In U.S.A. nib is smooth with lovely tipping material.
Condition Excellent condition. No cracks, chips, or personalization. There are some small dings and scratches in the cartouche, and there are scratches and marks on other parts of the cap and barrel too. There are some tiny dots of wear on the visible hard rubber portions of the cap, and the hard rubber in general is slightly discolored to a more brownish hue, something we expect in almost all hard rubber of this age. Some of the imprints on the sterling are a little worn, but they're all readable (see photos below). The chain link that is usually seen attached to the top ring is missing. The pen has been fully restored and it's working very well.
