Color Black cap and barrel, with a snake overlay on each of the cap and barrel. Each snake has 2 faceted emerald eyes. The overlays were produced by the lost wax casting method.

Condition Excellent + condition, in box with paperwork. The pen has been inked. There are small signs of usage all over. The top of the cap has tiny nicks around the edge. The rest of the pen has slight microscratching visible under magnification.
The pen ships in a leather covered box. The box has some surface handling wear, where the patterning is slightly worn down. There are two ink cartridges underneath the platform, and a suede pen pouch in the box. The leather display box is contained in a LARGE fabric covered box (about 13" square, and 5" tall), with a black base and burgundy top. The box has a drawer in the bottom, with three booklets stored in the drawer. One has the certificate of authenticity. Another booklet includes care instructions in 11 languages. The final booklet has some information on the specific model. The outer box has some surface handling wear, but is overall in excellent condition.
