Color We have not been able to determine the name of this pattern, or the material. The grid pattern is made up of rows of parallel silver lines that run lengthwise and black lines that run horizontally across the gold surface, creating an oblong grid pattern and a shimmery appearance when the pen is twirled. The trim is gold plated and the cap has a medium-wide cap band. The cap jewel is black. The bottom of the barrel has a black dot.
Condition Excellent condition. The pen is shiny and nicely shimmers when it is twirled. It has light to moderate scratching throughout. There is some old glue around the small black dot at the end of the barrel and the cap jewel is a little worn. The clip and trim are beautiful. There are no cracks, dents, chips, or plating wear. The imprints are clear.
