Product Description
Type Ballpoint Pen
Product Name Parker T1.
Manufacturer and Year Parker, made in USA -- 1970-71, this was a very short lived model. We think this is the first version with the less smooth and lighter colored brushed finish. Please note that it does not have Parker printed on the cap, which is something we have seen in the past on both the fountain pen, rollerball and ballpoints. It does not look like the imprint has been removed, so we really don't have an explanation for its absence.
Length 5-1/8 inches long
Filling System Takes Parker-style refills. A good working refill is installed.
Color Brushed titanium pen with gold plated trim. There is a semi-transparent red "jewel" inset in the cap.
Condition Near mint condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a satin-y, stylish pen that is very attractive. The cap and barrel look fantastic. The cone has light scratch lines. The clip has microscratching on the arrow end and one dot of plating wear on the lower part of the clip. The tassie has microscratching. The red disk at the top of the cap looks good. No imprints.
