Product Name Parker Vacumatic fountain pen, this is the middle "standard" size.
Manufacturer and Year Parker USA - 1935 (The date code on the barrel is 35, indicating the third quarter of 1935.)
Length 4-7/8 inches. This is the standard size, the mid-point of the Lockdown Vacumatic sizes.
Filling System Vacumatic lockdown plunger filling system has been restored here at Peyton Street Pens and is in excellent working condition. The bladder has been replaced and the pen has been tested.
Color Grey marble body with steel trim. Really nice visibility through the ambered body (see photos). Black cap and barrel jewels.
Nib MEDIUM-FINE 14k Parker nib.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a small, shiny pen with a lovely color pattern. The ambered barrel has good transparency (see photos). The cap and barrel have a few long thin scratch lines throughout (perhaps from polishing). The barrel has light marks caused by the cap lip. The cap bands and clip have microscratching but look nice and shiny. The tassie at the end of the barrel has plating wear. The cap jewel is lovely. The barrel jewel has a few tiny scratch marks. The imprints are clear.
