Filling System Vacumatic plunger filling system has been restored here at Peyton Street Pens and is working well. This has the late plastic plunger system.
Color Laminated black body and cap with gold plated trim. It has alternating solid black and translucent ambering bands. The cap has a black cap jewel and a pair of narrow cap bands.
Nib Semi-flex medium 14k nib. See the writing sample below. The nib has a date code of 53 with two dots.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a standard size, dark pen, with good barrel transparency. The barrel looks great from the mid-section up to the cap lip. It has moderate scratching toward the end with some bite marks on the blind cap. The cap has light to moderate scratching. The cap bands have light scratching but no plating wear. The clip looks excellent as does the top cap jewel. The imprints are clear.
