Filling System Standard plastic style vacumatic filler. We've restored it with a new diaphragm and it's working very well. We'll include instructions on the use of this system.
Color Laminated Burgundy Pearl with gold plated trim, a split arrow clip, and a "chevron" style cap band and a black cap jewel. This color was made only in Canada.
Nib STUB w LEFT OBLIQUE CUT --gold U.S. vac nib with a 1946 date code. It's very smooth when positioned for the left oblique cut, with a nice little hint of flex to it. It was re-tipped in Spain by the folks at goldnibs.com. See writing sample below.
Condition Very nice condition. There's some light wear and small scratches and marks on the cap and barrel. There's brassing on the edges and corners of the trim, wome on the cap band, clip, and tassie ring. The barrel clarity is quite good and the imprint is somewhat readable, though it's worn (see photos). No cracks or chips, dings or dents, or personalization. It's fully restored and working well.
