Manufacturer and Year Pelikan - Germany, circa 1954. (In 1954 they started putting the model number on the cap band, which this has, and after 1954 they didn't imprint the barrel with the Guenther Wagner imprint, which this has, so we date this right around 1954.)

Condition Very nice condition overall, very usable, however the cap has a crack in the top piece. The clip has brassing but otherwise the trim has only light scratching. The pen has some scratch marks throughout. The cap is imprinted "Hans Blome Bauunternehmung". The pelican imprint on the top of the cap is intact and in matching green. The barrel imprint is clear.
