Filling System Piston-filling system, tested and working well.
Color Black pen with gold plated trim. There are two bands around the blind cap and two bands on the cap. It has a dark green viewing window.
Nib Italic 18K two-tone nib. It started as a stock Pelikan broad and was given a grind which results in what we consider to be a medium cursive italic. It has good line variation and writes very smoothly. See the writing sample below.
Condition Superior condition. It lacks the common wear on the collar beneath the nib. It has great trim and some handwear. The Pelikan logo on the cap is crisp and the viewing window is very clear. Ships with Pelikan M1000 box and wooden pen tray, but missing the original bottle of ink. (The wooden pen tray has a strap which is too tight for the pen.)
